Halder covers the entire range of jigs and fixtures offering not only conventional units but also complete flexible systems.

• Halder Slot System V40/V70
  (clearance between slots 40 mm or 70 mm)
  This highly flexible system permits a positive fixing of parts and is therefore particularly suitable for processing complicated workpiece geometries.
  
  
• Halder Hole and Dowel System L12/L16
  (both systems employ a 50 mm grid)
  This system provides for a rapid assembly and precise processing of simple workpiece geometries. The base plates are available in almost every size.
  
  
• Combination parts
  (for combining the Slot with the Hole and Dowel system)
  
  
• Basic elements
  Angles, cubes, pallets and plates (pre-machined or fully machined)

Halder fixture systems fully meet customer requirements in terms of short machine set-up times, high precision and flexible manufacture. As Halder fixture systems are designed according to the modular concept, the individual systems can be combined with the each other in a flexible way.
